Lindsey Hale
Associate Attorney
Lindsey was born in Waco, Texas, and grew up in the Fort Worth area. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2014 with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Government. In 2018, she received her J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law where she was the Vice Chair of the Board of Advocates and a Fellow for the Center for Terrorism Law. While in law school, she participated in numerous moot court competitions, winning the 2017 Federal Bar Association Moot Court Competition.
Lindsey has already manifested her talents in numerous projects for our governmental clients, including electricity supply contracts, initiative petition procedures under city charters, assistance and litigation of nuisance abatement related claims, COVID relief funding, and more. Lindsey currently serves as the city attorney for the City of Briaroaks and the Town of Annetta North and regularly attends planning and zoning commission and zoning board of adjustment meetings for the firm’s clients.
