Daniel R. Barrett Of Counsel
Dan was born in 1955 and graduated in 1975 from the University of Texas at Austin where he received a B.A. in Government. He received his J.D. degree from Texas Tech University School of Law in 1979. served as President of the Fort Worth Chapter President of the American Board of Trial Advocates in 2002 and National Board director in 2003. He is a Life Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, Founding Fellow of the Tarrant County Bar Foundation, a Fellow of the American Board of Trial Advocates Foundation, a former director of Texas Trial Lawyers’ Association (2003-2005), past director and President of Tarrant County Trial Lawyers Association, past director of Tarrant County Bar Association, former district director of the Texas Association of Defense Counsel (1993-1994) and past president of the Tarrant County Civil Trial Lawyers Association.
