Andrea Russell
Of Counsel
Andrea graduated from The University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Arts, Letters and a Minor in Spanish. She received her J.D. from The University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2011. While in law school, she served as a licensed legal intern for the Cleveland County District Attorney's Office in Norman, Oklahoma. Andrea’s primary area of practice is municipal law with an emphasis on open government issues. Andrea currently serves as city attorney for the city of Paradise, as general counsel for the Arlington Entertainment Area Management District and as municipal court prosecutor for the City of Southlake. Andrea also handles substandard buildings matters and regularly attends Building and Standards Commission meetings for the firm’s clients.
