Andrea D. Russell
  Associate Attorney

Andrea was born in Lawton, Oklahoma in 1984. She graduated from The University of Oklahoma in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts, Letters and a Minor in Spanish. She received her JD from The University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2011. Prior to attending law school, she spent several months abroad working as a Language and Culture Assistant in a primary school in southern Spain. While in law school, she was a licensed legal intern for the Cleveland County District Attorney's Office. Andrea’s primary area of practice is municipal law with an emphasis on public information and open government issues. Andrea currently serves as city attorney for the City of Paradise and as municipal court prosecutor for the City of Hudson Oaks.
