Autumn Keefer Autumn is a native Texan from Plano, Texas. She earned both her undergraduate and Master’s degrees from Texas State University, graduating in 2017 and 2018 respectively. She returned to Dallas to attend law school at SMU – Dedman School of Law and graduated in 2021. While in law school, Autumn served for two years on the Executive Board of the Board of Advocates, was inducted into the SMU Chapter of the National Order of Barristers, and competed on various mock trial and moot court teams. She also worked for the Deason Criminal Justice Reform Center and was a student attorney in two legal clinics, the SMU COVID-19 Legal Helpline clinic and the First Amendment clinic. Throughout law school, Autumn clerked for multiple government entities, including the City of Plano’s Prosecutor’s office, Dallas Independent School District, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and Parkland Hospital. Since graduating, she has returned to her alma mater to volunteer as a mock trial coach. Practice Areas
